At Paranda.Co, we take great care in packing and dispatching every handcrafted paranda safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Payment & Order Confirmation

Paranda.Co currently accepts online advance payment only. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. No Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation via email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeframe

We deliver across Pakistan within 3–5 working days of dispatch. Please note that:

      Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted as working days.

      Delivery timelines may vary slightly for remote areas.

      During sale seasons or festive periods, delays of 1–2 extra days may occur.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above Rs. 5,000 across Pakistan.

For orders below Rs. 5,000, the following shipping options are available at checkout:

Standard Shipping

  • Charges: Rs. 200

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–6 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your city and courier operations during holidays or peak seasons.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available. We will announce when international delivery is launched — follow us on social media for updates.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number on the courier's website to track your parcel in real time.

Courier Partners

We ship through trusted courier service PostEx. Our team selects the most reliable courier available for your city.

Non-Availability at Delivery

If our courier partner is unable to deliver your package after 2–3 attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us at:

Damaged Parcel on Arrival

If you receive a parcel that appears visibly damaged or tampered with during transit, please photograph the parcel before opening and contact us immediately. We will resolve the matter promptly.
