Our Policy at a Glance

Paranda.Co follows a strict no-return, no-refund policy for all purchases — unless the item received is damaged or is the wrong product. We request customers to review product photos, descriptions, and sizes carefully before placing an order.

When Are Returns / Refunds Accepted?

We will only accept a return or issue a refund/exchange in the following situations:

      Damaged Item: The product you received is physically damaged, broken, or defective.

      Wrong Product Sent: You received a different product, colour, or design than what you ordered.

In all other cases — including change of mind, incorrect size selected by the customer, or personal preference — returns and refunds will NOT be accepted.

How to Raise a Return / Refund Request

If your order qualifies under the above conditions, here is how to proceed:

      Step 1: Contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

      Step 2: Send clear photographs or a video of the damaged or incorrect item to: contact.paranda.co@gmail.com or WhatsApp: 03000961712

      Step 3: Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

      Step 4: If approved, you may be asked to return the item in its original packaging with tags intact.

Condition of Returned Items

If a return is approved, the item must be:

      Unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

      Returned with original packaging and tags attached.

      Returned within 7 days of our approval.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued as a store credit or bank transfer — at our discretion — within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for the same item (e.g. replacement of a damaged piece). We do not offer size or colour exchanges.

No COD — Minimising Returns

As Paranda.Co operates on advance online payment only, we urge all customers to confirm their choice carefully before purchasing. Our product photos are high-quality and true to colour to help you make an informed decision.
